Job Description
Inside Sales Coordinator
Luxury Pool Designer & Builder — Santa Ana, CA
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: $800–$900 per week (potential for bonuses)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: On-site — Santa Ana, CA 92704
About the Role
We design and build high-end custom pools for discerning homeowners across Southern California. Every project is a one-of-a-kind backyard environment, and our sales team works closely with clients, designers, and our project management team to bring those visions to life. We’re hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator to be the organizational backbone of our sales department.
This is a full-time, in-office role at our Santa Ana headquarters. If you’re sharp, organized, and want a steady Monday–Friday job with a respected company in the luxury construction space, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Qualify incoming leads — gather project details and determine which prospects are the right fit
• Assist the sales team in preparing customer contracts and project cost sheets
• Manage the sales team’s calendar: schedule meetings, calls, and site visits, and confirm appointments
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents
• Act as ongoing liaison between sales department and project management throughout project lifecycle
• Keep CRM records, project files, and sales documentation organized and up to date
What We’re Looking For
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent phone manner and clear, professional written communication
• Reliable, dependable, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing track
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience a plus
• Prior experience in sales support, administrative coordination, construction, or a related field is a plus — but we’ll train the right person
