Sewer Sales Consultant

Compensation: $125,000 – $200,000+

Location: El Cajon, CA (Family-Owned since 1977)

The Role

Assess residential sewer and drain issues, build trust with homeowners, and present professional, high-ticket repair solutions. We provide the leads, the training, and the truck—you provide the expertise and the close.

Core Responsibilities

• In-Home Consultations: Meet homeowners to diagnose sewer/drain concerns and recommend effective solutions.
• Tailored Proposals: Develop detail-rich sales proposals that address unique customer needs and job costing.
• Relationship Building: Translate technical plumbing issues into clear, empathetic, and persuasive options.
• Drive Results: Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and profitability targets.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in direct sales (In-home services or construction preferred).
• Skills: Strong understanding of job costing/pricing; exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Requirements: Valid CA driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background/drug screening.
• Edge: Familiarity with plumbing systems is a major plus.
