Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time position is available for a skilled Social Worker to provide critical support within a residential facility catering to K-12 students, mostly middle and high school-aged. This role is based in Warren, MI, serving male youth who are victims or offenders of sexual violence. The position requires onsite presence with no virtual work permitted due to the sensitive nature of the caseload. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver comprehensive social work services to students within a residential setting. * Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and coordinate with school and clinical teams. * Support students social, emotional, and behavioral needs, facilitating therapeutic and rehabilitative activities. * Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards. * Collaborate with district supervisors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
