Little Walter's in East Kensington Neighborhood of Philadelphia, a nationally acclaimed restaurant with an innovative take on tradition Polish fare is looking to expand its kitchen its team.
We are in search of a candidate for Sous Chef to help manage the kitchen.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited too:
- Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
- Enforcing best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Incorporating feedback from restaurant staff and patrons to make improvements or resolve issues.
Requirements include
- Qualification from a culinary school
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
