About the Job:

CME, Inc. is a pediatric therapy provider serving families throughout Northeast Arkansas (NEA). Our mission is simple: help children grow, communicate, and thrive. We provide Speech-Language, Physical, and Occupational therapies. Full time and part time positions available.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about working with children in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Position Overview:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at CME, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with a wide range of communication disorders. Caseloads include services provided at our Jonesboro clinic and local daycare settings.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling options, with a Monday through Thursday work week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services for children from birth through 18 years
• Treat communication, articulation, language, swallowing, and feeding disorders
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Arkansas SLP license (or eligible for licensure)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY-SLP) are acceptable

• Strong passion for pediatric therapy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
