About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Reinsurance to join their dynamic and diverse team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's growth and expansion, responsible for leading and executing various reinsurance placements that align with the company's risk transfer objectives. This role requires a driven, insightful, and collaborative individual with a strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in leading reinsurance program design, analysis, placement, and execution across various Casualty segments. The VP, Reinsurance will work closely with senior leaders from different teams, including Risk Management, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Programs, to ensure that reinsurance programs are effectively integrated with the company's operations and meet its strategic goals. Applicants for the VP, Reinsurance position at the company should have a bachelor's or graduate degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in the insurance industry. The role demands excellent leadership, business relationship, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
