Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health.

Additional Details:

No travel pairs or trios.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have minimum 2 years recent acute experience in the job.

Required Credentials: Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements to be determined by the facility. On call requirement will be discussed during interview.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 references required from within the last 2 years

Driver's license required for submission
