The Assistant Director of Patient Care’s role will be to oversee and delegate the daily operations of Medical Surgical Unit 1, while fostering a positive work environment. They will be responsible for anticipating and addressing the complex, individual needs of patients and will work to create an efficient workflow within the unit.
