CURAT—D is a personal branding agency that builds founder-led content systems for CEOs, founders, and executives. We turn their ideas, stories, and knowledge into content that becomes a real growth channel, from weekly posts to full video workflows.
We run everything end-to-end: strategy, content calls, filming, editing, post-production, and ongoing content planning.
In the past 2 years, we've partnered with founders who have exited for 8/9 figures, a Hollywood figure, authors, global leaders, medical experts, and operators across the world.
And now, I'm hiring our first full-time Content Strategist.
Before you read the rest, this isn't a normal role. It's the foundation of a bigger vision. If things go well, you will grow into Head of Content next year and own the entire content department of CURAT—D.

What you'll own
Plan weekly content directions for clients (topics, angles, key ideas)
Review transcripts and long-form videos to pull strong moments
Prepare agendas for content calls and keep content hubs organized
Give clear instructions to editors and copywriters so the final output matches the client's
Review content drafts and suggest improvements
Help onboard new clients through questionnaires, kickoff notes, and their initial Notion hub
Track performance and suggest simple adjustments
Requirements
Who you are
You think clearly and communicate simply
You're organized and can manage several moving parts without chaos
You're curious about different industries and enjoy turning ideas into content
You care about quality and are not afraid to take ownership
You've written, edited, or shaped content before (not necessarily in an agency)
You're comfortable working async and independently
You are curious and always ask questions.
Huge bonus if…
You've managed or helped run a personal brand for a founder, CEO, or exec
You're strong with Notion (databases, templates, organization systems)
You're tech-savvy and comfortable with AI tools (prompting, summarization, workflows)
You know your way around automation tools like Zapier or Make
You've worked with video content before (even basic editing or selecting clips)
You naturally think in frameworks, systems, and repeatable processes
You've worked in a fast-paced startup or agency environment
You enjoy experimenting with new tools, methods, or content formats
You can speak French at a basic level (A2+ is great, not required)
You're comfortable taking ownership and leading small projects end-to-end
