Back Home Hospitality is seeking a senior culinary leader to own culinary standards, R&D, and execution quality across our portfolio of chef-driven restaurants. This role is responsible for setting and maintaining high-level culinary standards while ensuring those standards are consistently executed in restaurants and offsite events.
This is a hands-on, kitchens-first role for a chef with a fine-dining foundation, strong technical judgment, and the ability to step into service when needed to protect quality and consistency.
Core ObjectiveDefine, elevate, and maintain culinary standards across all BHH concepts, ensuring excellence in execution across restaurants and events.
