Job Description

GEN3 Electric & HVAC is looking for experienced HVAC techs who want steady hours, a positive team, and long-term growth with a family-owned Philly company.

What You’ll Do:

• Service residential HVAC systems
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and teammates via Service Titan
• Keep your truck clean, organized, and fully stocked

What You’ll Need:

• 2-3+ years of HVAC experience
• Clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Starting Pay: $30+/hour based on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
