Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across service.
- Lead daily kitchen execution, including prep, line operations, inventory management, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:- 3–7+ years of progressive kitchen leadership experience in high-volume, upscale, or fine dining environments.
- Experience in nightlife, lounge, or high-energy dinner service environments.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large BOH teams in fast-paced settings.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, cost controls, and inventory management.
- Passion for food quality, consistency, and developing strong culinary teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
