Lead Line Cook / Junior Sous (Working Role)
Flora King – Argentine-Inspired Steakhouse
Castro District, San Francisco
Flora King is a growing, owner-operated Argentine-inspired steakhouse located two blocks from the historic Castro Theatre. We are entering an exciting next phase with our full liquor license launching soon and are strengthening our kitchen leadership.
This is a hands-on, working position on the line. We are seeking a strong cook or grounded junior sous who values execution, consistency, and professionalism.
Who You ArePrevious sous experience is welcome, provided you enjoy leading by example on the line.
What You’ll Find Here:We welcome ideas aligned with our Argentine steakhouse identity. Final menu and operational direction remain under Owner supervision.

Compensation$24–28 per hour DOE
