What You’ll Be Doing:

• Execute exciting, flavor-forward dishes with precision and pride
• Keep your station spotless, organized, and ready for battle
• Follow kitchen protocols and safety standards like a pro
• Own your closing duties and prep like a boss
• Keep fridges, stations, and storerooms fully stocked and dialed in
• Back up your team and support the chef with hustle and heart
• Explore your creativity and get involved in every facet of the restaurant
• Have fun!

‍ Who We’re Looking For:

• Cooks with experience and a culinary degree are cool, but great attitude and passion for learning is what really matters to us
• Understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen safety
• Able to lift 25+ lbs (those sauce pots don’t move themselves!)
• Highly organized with top-notch communication skills
• A true team player with an unstoppable work ethic and a love for food
