Salary: $60,000–$65,000

We are an established, upscale casual restaurant focused on quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for a Sous Chef who wants to take ownership of their role and be part of a team committed to doing things the right way.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll work alongside ownership and the culinary team to drive daily execution, uphold standards, and help shape a strong, accountable kitchen culture.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead service with focus, urgency, and attention to detail
  • Train, coach, and develop the kitchen team
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, execution, and presentation
  • Manage prep, ordering, inventory, and cost controls
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined kitchen
  • Help refine systems and standards as we grow

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years in a Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Manager role
  • A solid foundation in culinary technique
  • Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented during service
  • A leader who sets the tone through work ethic and accountability
  • Organized, detail-driven, and consistent
