We are looking for an organized, positive kitchen leader that is a true line cook but willing to learn the administrative aspect of being and becoming a chef. We are an incredibly busy and seasonal restaurant. We need a strong second to our wonderful chef that can take charge two days a week, and be a great compliment to an already established team. Looking to start in early March and be ready to rock because out busy season is March through July. We lok forward to meeting you.
